How can l assist in giving people the motivation they need to become healthier and live better lives


 

My aim is to help people understand you do not need to exercise to extremes to keep healthy, just 20 minutes of walking a day is enough to keep your body healthy, the more you do the healthier you will feel.

Up to the age of 58 the only exercise l took was walking the dog and my diet was what l would call average, not rubbish foods and not what l would call clean food.

Since taking up these ultra challenges l have had to get myself to a certain level of fitness and at the same time studying how to keep myself injury free and feeding myself the right type of diet.

 

To fit in my daily exercise l get out of bed at 3.00am daily, l'm asleep by 8.30pm. My exercise incudes running, cycling and strength training, l also love to walk and run our amazing south coast cliff paths.
